Insights was created to give Brian Communications a dedicated, modern home for thought leadership, news, and marketing content. Previously, articles lived across disconnected pages with no clear destination. The goal was to design a flexible, cutting-edge article experience on HubSpot that elevated content, improved discoverability, and supported long-term marketing growth.

Challenge: Brian Communications needed a dedicated, modern home for thought leadership, news, and marketing content—bringing previously scattered articles into a single, cohesive destination.

Solution:  Designed and launched a flexible, future-ready article experience in HubSpot that elevates content, improves discoverability, and supports long-term marketing growth.

The approach focused on building a clear, intentional content destination from the ground up. Through early discovery, we identified the need for a centralized article hub that felt editorial, modern, and easy to navigate—without overcomplicating the experience.

The goal was to design a flexible, cutting-edge article experience on HubSpot that elevated content, improved discoverability, and supported long-term marketing growth.

Discovery revealed users struggled to find relevant content due to poor hierarchy and filtering, shaping a strategy focused on clarity, scannability, and a clear Insights destination.

Content was reorganized with clear filtering and tagging, making articles easier to browse, find, and spotlight over time.

The design is editorial and modern, using clean layouts, generous white space, and strong typography to keep the focus on the story while reinforcing credibility and clarity.
